Jun. 21st, 2002 06:02 pmYesterday afternoon, I saw two completely naked women cycling through the town centre. Perhaps it was to do with the football. Anyway, everyone was being very British and pretending not to look at them, as though they were fully clad. It was most strange.
Today I've been at two dull meetings, to assign classes to MML candidates. I didn't have to say anything, as usual, but I did get to vote on a few things. I always feel uneasy if I find myself voting at odds with the rest of my department, especially since we all sit in a group together for moral support. I am of course perfectly entitled to vote however I want, but it still makes me feel uneasy.
