vyvyanxOh, I surrender, I've read dozens of these bloody things today :-)
A - Act your age? I guess so. I think I acted much the same 10 years ago though.
B - Born on what day of the week? Sunday. Apparently the doctor was miffed to have his lunch disturbed.
C - Chore you hate? Cleaning the toilet.
D - Dad's name? Ray.
E - Essential makeup item? I nearly always wear black eyeliner these days.
F - Favorite actor? Rowan Atkinson. Or David Bowie. Or Paul Darrow (Avon). Or Walter Koenig (Chekov and Bester). Oh, I can't choose.
G - Gold or silver? Both quite nice. At the moment I have silver rings on my right hand and gold ones on my left.
H - Hometown? I usually say Oxford when people ask where I come from, but it's not really true. I was born in Bristol, went to school in Oxford, and grew up in two small villages on the border of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. But I think of Cambridge as my home.
I - Instruments you play? I used to play the piano and guitar quite a bit as a teenager.
J - Job title? Associate Lecturer, but it's very part-time. Unemployed, mostly!
K - Kids? Happily no longer an option.
L - Living arrangements? In a small pleasant flat, in an interesting part of Cambridge, with my husband G.
M - Mum's name? Kathleen.
N - Number of people you've slept with? Err, between about 15 and 25, depending on definitions.
O - Overnight hospital stays? Not that I recall (well, presumably when I was _born_).
P - Phobia? Spiders, spiders, spiders.

T - Time you wake up? Highly variable, depending on what I have to do that day and how much I drank the night before :-) The last few month, has varied between about 7am and 4pm.
U - Unique habit? I pronounce "if" as "iv". This is almost certainly not unique, but I think it's quite rare and have no idea where I got it from.
V - Vegetable you refuse to eat? Peas. Ugh.
W - Worst habit? Drinking too much.
X - X-rays you've had? One at the dentist. I think that's all.
Y - Yummy food you make? People seem to like my pizza and pasta.
Z - Zodiac Sign? Scorpio (not that I believe in these things).
