[Michael Ancram] says he supports Mr Cameron's proposal to offer tax incentives to marriage, but claims the policy of treating same-sex civil partnerships in the same way as marriages "insults the intelligence of the British people".

This is Good. Bad would be if he didn't say it until after the election. They're toads pretending to be modern and friendly and we don't want them running the show because people believe Cameron.
