vyvyanxI was supposed to get my batch of scripts to mark yesterday, but my evil colleague hadn't finished them, so I got them today. Which gives me 40-odd hours of work to do by Tuesday if I'm lucky, or Monday if my colleague wants another meeting on Tuesday. Bah. And it's Strawberry Fair tomorrow. And I'll get paid about L2 an hour for it.

surje, and met a couple of his friends, including the only person I've ever met in my life who shares my first name! Had cool time; hallucinagene and technotom also turned up, and came back to G's place afterwards. Watched stuff, listened to my early 90s techno tapes, drank, smoked, chatted, ate pasta sauce in the middle of the night. It was cool.
Today, got up unpleasantly early and went to college to pick up batch of scripts. Began marking them. Grr.
This evening, went to roleplaying (with G, R, M and MCV). It was a great session. From our characters' point of view, it lasted about 20 mins; from our own POV, more like 3 hours! Well, that's combat in Rolemaster for you. Our enemies tried to gas us with cyanide as we slept; I teleported us out to a nearby room, and resuscitated Asagawa with my handy cyanide antidote (which MCV had forgotten I had!). Then our enemies attacked us with automatic weaponry; with some difficulty, we killed them. My character's a bit shit at fighting, so I created a phantom opponent as distraction. And afterwards I patched people up (I have awesome first aid skills). It was great.
Oh, and my mum has written me an annoying letter. And I have a ring!!! It is wonderful!
