I don't feel terribly well - I have a sore throat, which often means I'm about to get a cold (touch wood). Have become intrigued by working out how much I eat, in energy terms, after a newsgroup discussion on the topic. The temptation to calculate things down to the calorie is very strong; I guess this is something else to get obsessive about :-) Will go to Sainsbury's soon, before it shuts, and get food for this evening. Games evening tonight. I should tidy my room and sort out boring admin shit before people arrive.
