(no subject)

I hate this bloody snow. My journeys to and from work are taking about twice as long as usual because the pavements have been turned into sodding sheets of ice, and I daren't walk at my usual rate. I still ended up nearly falling over several times today. I walk in the more melted bits by choice because they're less slippery, but this just means that my not-very-waterproof boots let freezing slush in to paralyse my toes.

It isn't even particularly pretty. It's muddy and foul and unnecessary and I just wish it would all melt and go away.
