Thank you. He was an elderly cat who had become increasingly ill over the last 2-3 years, suffering with IBD. Eventually the steroids and painkillers weren't enough to ease his distress, and last night we felt we had no choice but to have him put down. The house feels very empty now. He was a wonderful cat.
