Aargh! I just got back to my college room after an absence of several days, and find that my beloved computer has undergone some bizarre kind of crisis: screen covered in segfault messages, panicing whenever I press a key, randomly turning all the text _red_ for God's sake... I rebooted (haven't had to do that for a couple of months, since I put some new hardware in) and it seems to be ok, with no indication as to what the problem was. Bizarre. Perhaps the CPU got too hot recently in this sunny weather.
