Better now. Issues mostly sorted (G remembers nothing, apparently, but resolves to not get that drunk in public again).

In other news, I got turned down for the Oxford job as well.

On the up side, I managed to complete The Big Issue's crossword today without cheating.

Sorry to hear you didn't get the Oxford job, though of course pleased you're not about to run off and leave Cambridge - too many people going at the moment, myself among. Also pleased that you and G have sorted things out - I was very worried on Tuesday.
