vyvyanxRe my last entry, thanks for all these supportive comments here and on cam.misc - I feel much happier now.
On a related note, I was looking through my old USENET posts via Google Groups, searching on the various names I've used over the years, and to my surprise, discovered a couple of people talking about me last year on comp.sys.amstrad.8bit! Very amusing, and quite complimentary for once, countering the maxim that eavesdroppers never hear good of themselves. Has anyone else ever run across this sort of thing i.e. references to themself on groups they never read personally?
