Many of mine seem to fall in the "unusual" category now, but I'm sure they were unique when I created my lj! Especially the linguistic ones; nobody else seemed to list morphology, Old Irish, Old Norse - or indeed, real cider - in 2001. I guess it just shows how much lj has expanded over the past few years.

Oh yes, I'm interested in Old Norse, aren't I...

Busy tidying the Teapot (aka Dormouse Central, aka Waterside Cottage) and found one book that belongs to you, plus another that might.

'Sign Language' by Kyle and Woll

and

'The Linguistics of British Sign Language' by Sutton-Spence and Woll

What's the best way to get them back to you?

Oh yes, I did lend both of those to you, didn't I? Were they useful? As for getting them back to me, if you don't want to post them (probably quite costly), maybe you could give them to me at a Calling, if you're there? Or give them to someone else we both know to pass on to me?

Thanks for remembering about this, anyway!

Not Calling-ing much at the moment due to job stuff. I really should make time for it again.

The writing project I borrowed the books for never happened unfortunately. And now I'm more of a fantasy writer, rather than playing with SF and fanfic it probably never will. A pity in a way, because it would have been a great story if I could ever have figured out the background.

The easiest thing would probably be for me to pass the books on to [livejournal.com profile] thedivineoliver. We see a lot of each other and he's bound to be at a Calling before I am.

How does that sound to you?
